Committed.

Two years ago I committed to Belmont – the day before the official commitment!

I’d lie if I said I didn’t cry.

The 29th I put the sticker on my car and drove over to Belmont. I parked on the 6th floor of the Curb garage and had some Jesus time as I looked out across campus. I was still sad about leaving Lipscomb – I had no idea what amazing goodness God had before me at Belmont. The morning of the 30th I turned in my deposit but I was determined.

God was guiding my steps and continues to do so. Coming to Belmont was the best thing I’ve done. Can’t imagine my life without all the dear people in my life I’ve met at school!

Crazy how nursing changed. But I’ve always known that I was at the right place.

God is so good.
